  • Rose Dickson

    CO-FOUNDER/ LEAD TEACHER

    Born and raised in Missoula, Rose Dickson has been a teacher for over 10 years. She’s been an advocate for place-based education ever since her days as a University of Montana student where she double majored in Environmental Studies and English. Rose loves the curiosity and energy of teenagers, and she’s eager to share her vision for a high school that celebrates the young people who live in the Missoula Valley.

  • Tayleigh Sykes

    CO-FOUNDER / LEAD TEACHER

    Originally from Great Falls, Tayleigh Sykes has lived in Missoula for 20 years, and she has taught high school French and English for 15 of those. Tayleigh’s work with adolescents has made her an unwavering champion of this age group. Inspired by their intelligence and quirky creativity, Tayleigh believes in the transformative power of a student-centered classroom.

  • Jennifer Walworth

    CO-FOUNDER / LEAD TEACHER

    Although Jennifer Walworth has lived in six countries on four different continents, the Missoula Valley will always be home to her and her family. Since earning her teaching degree in 1997, Jennifer has worked with students of all ages in a variety of settings. She is committed to forging authentic connections with young people to help them reach their potential–and to learn right alongside them.

  • Steven Sinskichott

    LEAD TEACHER

    A transplant from San Antonio, Steven Sinskichott has an abiding affection for Montana, cultivated during annual family road trips to the Yaak Valley. As a seasoned science teacher, Steven has taught everything from biology to physics, river ecology to geology. His professional and personal ethos center on compassion and empathy, and he uses these values to help students navigate their own paths to success.
